Bringing the "Cowboy" to (Cowboyrunningco) is Sam, he has been running for fun for about 4 years now with the focus of having fun, whether that "fun" is spending time on the local trails or grinding out long runs. He has been dipping his toes in a little bit of all the races from 5K to 50k. If he is not working or spending time with family, you can find him making coffee or planning an adventure.
