Half Marathon & 5K Training Program
Manhattan Running Company’s training program is designed to help you train for the Bill Snyder Highway Half & 5k that takes place on May 20th or any other race you have coming up this spring. This program will focus on gaining endurance and speed to help you complete the half or 5k to the best of your ability. The program will start Jan 29th and conclude on May 2oth. If you would like your program to run for a different 16 week period just let us know.
16 Week Training Program – $70
What you will receive:
- 16 week personal training plan(based on info given to us about your goals)
- Manhattan Running Company Nike Tech Tee
- Supportive coaches to keep you going
- 3 classes covering Injuries, Training and Racing. They will be at the end of 4, 8, and 12 weeks.
- Weekly group runs(Tuesday morning(5:30a-ish), Thursday evening(5:45p) & weekend long runs) — You don’t have to attend these runs to get the 16 week personal training plan
